Beau Agency is a brand intelligence agency based in Paris, France. We are the data controller for information collected through this website and through our client engagements.

When you contact us by email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress an engagement.

When a client begins an engagement, we collect and process the materials, documents, and information provided as part of that engagement. This may include brand materials, product information, customer data, staff information, and sales materials, depending on the services selected.

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party tools that collect visitor data. No personal data is collected simply by visiting this website.

Information provided by email is used solely to respond to the enquiry and to manage the relationship between the parties.

Information provided as part of a client engagement is used solely to produce the deliverables agreed at the start of that engagement. It is not used for any other purpose, and it is not repurposed across clients.

We do not use any information we collect for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal or client data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Client data is processed through the Anthropic API as part of our service delivery. Anthropic operates under enterprise-grade security standards. Data sent to the Anthropic API is automatically deleted within seven days and is never used to train AI models. Beyond Anthropic, no other third party has access to client data at any stage of an engagement.

Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is relevant to the relationship between the parties and for a maximum of three years after the end of the last engagement.

Client materials submitted for the purpose of an engagement are retained only for the duration of that engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for revisions and follow-up. We do not retain client data beyond what is necessary for the delivery of the agreed service.

Data processed through the Anthropic API is deleted from Anthropic servers within seven days of processing.

The right to access the personal data we hold about you. The right to request correction of inaccurate data. The right to request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations. The right to restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances. The right to data portability where processing is based on consent or contract.
